Having grown up as the product of a divorce, Spencer knows firsthand how family conflict can leave lasting impacts on children and parents alike. That deeply personal experience drives his life’s work: helping people navigate the toughest moments—whether a divorce or custody battle, the loss of a loved one through probate, or the fear of facing criminal charges—and come out the other side with dignity, hope, and a brighter future.

At Murray Law Firm since January 2025, Spencer represents clients across Oklahoma in family law matters, probate and estate administration, and criminal defense. He believes that everyone facing the overwhelming power of the legal system deserves a fierce defender who listens without judgment, explains options with clarity, and never stops fighting for the best possible outcome.

Before joining Murray Law Firm, Spencer built a diverse background at respected Oklahoma firms ranging from various areas of practice from CDL traffic citations, probate, civil litigation and criminal defense.

Spencer earned his Juris Doctor from Oklahoma City University School of Law in 2021 and his Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Utah Tech University in 2017.

Outside the courtroom, Spencer remains grounded in faith and family. His experience and service in his church helped him hone his leadership and communication skills that still serve his clients every day. A proud father of three energetic young sons, Spencer spends his evenings and weekends coaching their baseball teams, playing catch in the backyard, and building the kind of stable, loving home he once wished for as a child.
